In an effort to establish better Instructor/Judge communications and continued growth, I would like you to take a few moments and answer the questions below. 

Often, during the season there is not enough time to fully discuss your concerns as designers, instructors or questions from your performers.The questions below are designed to help us provide you with better service.  If you choose not to return this form then you will miss out on an opportunity to be part of any resolutions.  Unbelievably, judges are not your enemy.  We REALLY want to help you succeed.
